Sunny rainy Saturdays are Damn Fine

Fresh, hot, spicy and exciting.... our juice is the bomb too.

LA babe alert sipping on zen and juice @aubrewinters and @lindseyharrod in town taking over @healthhousekc classes and insta. Grab a life changing class and and a juice to kick off the warmer weather these LA girls brought with them.

Avocado hemp salad packed full of super fats no sugar and organic veggies topped with protein spicy but brittle.

Chilling out with a CBD coconut water and flirting with the idea of this weekend. 💙

Real Rad Pad Thai. Good things happen when you eat the rainbow.

Stock up for the next snow day and feel good about yourself from the inside out. Seasonal depression is a bitch and you can fight it with a high nutrient dense diet full of healthy plant fats, vitamins and mineral. Not to mention the hot summer body we need to work towards.

Who else is ready for spring? Sun, smoothies, dog walks and vitamin D.
